Terms of Use

Introduction

Using the apartment implies your acceptance of these Terms of Use. We encourage you to read them carefully:

Seasonal rentals are governed solely by the Civil Code (Article 1713 et seq.). The duration, price, and terms of the contract are therefore freely determined by both parties. However, a number of rules must be observed.

Seasonal rentals are for temporary and recreational purposes. The premises may only be used for residential purposes, and the tenant may not conduct any commercial, craft, or professional activity there. The tenant must be insured against rental risks (theft, fire, water damage). Subletting or making the premises available to another person, even free of charge, is prohibited.

Entry and exit of the premises

Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Regulations

During their stay, tenants must avoid making any noise that could disturb the neighbors, maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, and respect the common areas of the building. No parties or gatherings are permitted. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the apartment. The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Pets are not allowed. Fees may be deducted from your security deposit in case of obvious soiling or damage. Interior alterations to the apartment are prohibited.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation will be possible up to 30 days before the arrival date upon request from the tenant, in which case you will be refunded the amount paid excluding bank booking fees.

Between 29 days and 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, cancellation by the tenant results in a refund of 50% of the sums paid.

Between 9 days and the date of entry into the premises, the full amount paid remains payable.

Accommodation type

The accommodation includes kitchen equipment, dishes, furniture, and bedding. The quantity of this equipment corresponds to the number of people specified in the contract. Sheets and household linen (towels, dish towels) are provided. The rubbish will be emptied and disposed of upon handover to the tenant, and the appliances will be in working order. Any complaints regarding the facilities must be made on the first day of arrival. The tenant must absolutely refrain from throwing any objects or detergents (bleach) into the sinks, washbasins, showers, or toilets that could clog the pipes or damage them; otherwise, the tenant will be liable for the costs incurred to repair these fixtures.

Price and deposit

No disputes regarding the price of the stay will be considered after the booking has been confirmed. It is the tenant's responsibility to determine whether the price is acceptable before confirmation. The total price is payable at the time of booking. The day before your arrival, a security deposit of €2,500 will be required via a simple credit card authorization using the Swikly system. In the event of damage, theft, or obvious soiling, additional charges may be applied. Additional charges apply at the time of booking. This is the tourist tax. This tourist tax will be payable upon arrival. The amount of the tourist tax is 5% of the nightly rate per person, capped at €2.30.
